The yearly second edition of Polish Privete Equity Forum, which took place in 14th June 2011was a perfect place for discussion and exchange of views for the representatives of privete equity funds, privete enterprises and financial environment. The topic of this Forum was conditions and perspectives of privete equity funds development.
Main topics of the conference were Privete Equity Funds’ increasing activity, reinforcing competition among funds and increase of the companies’ values. Themes of the Forum were presented in a way huge branch of enterpreneurs was able to reach information about diverse financing forms of companies’ development and expansion. Among invited speakers there were a lot of specialists from polish and foreign markets, inter alia: Rafał Sosna (Penta Investments), Monika Morali-Efinowicz (Adwent International), Christian Minzolini (Banco Espirito Santo de Investimento), Przemysław Gdański (BRE Banc), ADam Pawłowicz (Konsalnet), Jacek Socha (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and Jacek Siwicki (Enterprise Investors).
