Leaders of the financial industry, representatives of the most important insurance and technology companies will discuss the future of the financial sector on October 25 at Hotel Bristol in Warsaw. The debate entitled “Finance 3.0. Challenges of the fintech era” will be focused on the changes taking place in the industry and on the banking market.
Numerous experts were invited to participate in the debate, including Paweł Bułgaryn – Payment Systems and Services Unit Coordinator at the Financial Market Development Department, Ministry of Finance, Magdalena Borowik – Minister’s Advisor, Fintech, DLT, digital assets; Ministry of Digitization, Maciej Bardan – First Vice President of the Board, Raiffeisen Polbank, Paweł Kicman – Finance Director, Canon Polska, Roman Szwed – President of the Board, Atende, and Ewa Wernerowicz – President of the Board, Vivus Finance.
The financial sector is increasingly affected by the global digital revolution. More and more is said about the necessity of adjusting the industry to the new trends resulting from the transformation. That is why we decided to devote another club meeting to a debate on the directions for the development of the Polish fintech market. The invited guests will analyze the opportunities and risks associated with innovative financial technologies. How will the cryptocurrency system affect the financial sector and how are digitization, artificial intelligence, and open banking changing payment systems? These and many other questions will be answered by our speakers during the October club debate.
